Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Chief Marketing Officer to Establish Strategic Initiatives for vertical
  • Collaborate with Graphic Design Team to Create Collateral Materials and Sales Support Tools
  • Assist in the Development and Execution of Media Plan, Including: Print, Digital, Paid Search, Streaming Video and Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Develop and Coordinate Content with Web Development Team
  • Coordinate with Sales Team to Identify New Product Opportunities and Refine Launch Strategy Template
  • Assist in the Development of the Annual Marketing Budget for Review and Approval by Executive Management
  • Coordinate with PR and Sales Group to Create Project Profiles for Press Releases, Website Content and Sales Collateral
  • Manage and Coordinate Trade Shows and Events for the Hardscapes Group
  • Coordinate and Implement Social Media Plan with Corporate Social Media Director  
  • Create National and Region-specific Programs and Materials to Reach Key Stakeholder Audiences: Contractors, Dealers, Homeowners, Builders, Architects, Engineers and Other Design Professionals
  • Analyze Marketing Programs and Adjust Strategies and Tactics to Maximize Results

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-Plus Years of Marketing Management Experience in an Agency or Corporate Environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Related Field
  • Successful Track Record in Marketing Management Roles and Creating Marketing Campaigns
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Decision-Making Skills
  • Experience with Digital and Print Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing

  • Possesses thorough knowledge of products sold in assigned market, processes and policies to support and exceed customer requirements and expectations.
  • Effectively utilizes technology and process to drive efficiency.
  • Familiar with the manufacturing process and plant capabilities for all products.
  • Resolves inquiries on errors relating to invoicing, pricing or incorrect shipments and escalates as necessary.
  • Ensures company and product policies and procedures are followed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with all necessary internal customers including, but not limited to, Sales, Field Marketing, Manufacturing, Credit, and Operations.
  • Follows process and procedures to produce repeatable, consistent and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead generation, time permitting
  • Other duties assigned.

 

Minimum Education

 

Required minimum education:  4 year – Bachelor's Degree

Required Major/Focus:  Business or related degree

Combination of post-secondary education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Job Summary

 

The Product Manager of Separation is responsible for managing strategic and tactical marketing activities associated with the Separation product lines working in concert with the Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, R&D and Operations teams.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for the Separation product line – with accountability for revenue and margin targets.
  • Maximize price yield by establishing regional pricing and marketing strategies then communicate and implement across the organization.
  • Manage company risk and provide technical design and product application guidance to the engineering, promotion and sales teams.
  • Provide Voice of the Customer and business case analysis to New Product Development teams and identify new R&D opportunities.
  • Instigate product line cost out initiatives and manage related activities.
  • Play active role in determining product line revenue forecasts and sales commitments.
  • Lead development and internal review of all technical and promotional materials related to the product line.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team, develop the content and format for all marketing communications (including, advertising, direct mail, PR, presentations, etc).
  • Provide market intelligence in the form of: research, competitor analysis, regulations and customer input to assist with new product design, regional strategies and pricing.
  • Assess competitive products from a functionality, technology and usage perspective and provide competitive strategies to sales teams. 
  • Facilitate and manage product training programs (e.g., internet based and in the field training) as needed.
  • Travel to key markets to work with the promotion and sales teams on regional basis as appropriate.
  • Other duties assigned.

 

Minimum Education

Required minimum education:  Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education: Master's
